We've all heard about breakfast being the most important meal of the day and have all probably skipped it many times due to our busy schedules or because we just felt a little lazy. Eating breakfast has been proven to help control weight, improve concentration, help increase energy levels, and even prevent the grouches from coming (speaking from experience). So I've decided to post some of my favorite breakfast ideas to hopefully help you (and those around you) get off to a great start.
Breakfast Tacos
Makes 4 tacos
Ingredients:
- 4 tortilla shells
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c milk
- shredded cheese
- Chipotle Tabasco sauce
Using a medium non stick skillet, scramble the eggs with the milk until eggs are fluffy and cooked. Place eggs aside. Using medium heat, place a tortilla shell onto skillet. Place about a fourth of the eggs in the center of the tortilla shell and sprinkle cheese and Tabasco sauce over the eggs. Then fold one side of the shell over to form a folded taco. Let taco sit on skillet till the side is golden brown. Then flip the shell over to brown the other side. Do this until all tacos are made. The tacos should be crunchy.
